When you get to 11 posts you won't be worthless anymore. When you get to 21 posts
is where you want to be because the first
20 sucks. The board now automatically changes your picture and title. Jacob and
I don;t, its automatically done according to the number of posts you have. But soon you
will be in an awesome car and the newbies will be in a horse and carrage.

This is a good one:
get a can of tuna (on water)add some fat free mayo and lemon juice. smilies/drool.gif, cut some celary and carrots in small pieces, mix it again in a small bowl and this a tasty snack ready to smilies/cheeburga_ron.gif...
Yummy, I'm hungry again....

i use to eat a lot of tuna but was getting burned out. The other day I tried something new. I cooked some frozen spinach then added a can of tuna and a little salt to it. The frozen spinach definitely tastes better than the canned stuff.

Spinach, green beans, any vegetable mixed with tuna i have found to be pretty good. i does help i think mixing tuna with a hot vegetable, compared to eating tuna cold. changes it quite a bit. gotta love tuna!!

I hate tuna but how about some SubWay subs. I love just buying the food already made without the hassel. Do you think sub ways chiken sub with lettuce, and honey musterd sauce will be healthy for me on my cut as well as the turkey sub with the same toppings? My friend just got a job there so I will be eating alot of it

MAN! Tuna is just the best!
You can have it with a tablespoon of mayo, or hot sauce, or cheese, in a sandwich, or in some eggs. Or the best way of all, RAW!

Devil...
i would say that no it is not good for a cut. there is way troo much carbs in that. i would go with the chicken or turkey salad. you really don't want to eat that many carbs if you are trying to cut. then i would also suggest that maybe you order double meat, just to make sure you are getting enough protein in that.
hope that helps.

My favourite meal at the moment is -
160g tuna in brine (drained)
1 tablespoon real mayo (bout 15g)
15 g brown rice (hardly anything)
lots of dill
black pepper
lemon juice
put it all in a bowl, take a fork to it to mix it up and enjoy, man i could eat this meal all day long, tastes great!! (i like tuna though)
it gives u about
P - 45ish
C - 12ish
F - 12ish
if u dont that much carbs just dont put as much rice in. i wont be putting any in soon as ive gotta tweak (im cutting to) ill be putting more mayo in aswell, mmmm mayo!
hope that helps

simple low carb would be some chicken and a sweet potato or couple cans of tuna and veggies, or eggs, meat, and oatmeal for breakfast, fish and veggies.....
if you have to buy on the run, order a ceasar salad or something like that and load it with protein. that is easy to do at subway, just gets expensive adding loads on meat (they are too stingy with thier meat)
