Method for Extra Growth                                    

We all have our lagging body parts.  One of the best ways to enhance mass within these is through priority training.  This is proven method in accomplishing this.  Simply work a body part in between sets of another workout.  For example if I am training legs, and need some extra triceps work, I may perform triceps cable press downs in between sets of the leg press.  Its a basic way to add extra stimulation to a muscle group and not change your schedule.
