Weighted Pushups Between Chairs

This exercise works your pecs in a much fuller range than the bench press or normal pushup and can build tremendous mass in the pectorals. 

Implementation:  (A)  Place two benches or chairs side by side so that there is a large enough space for your body to fit in between them.  (B)  Place your hands a bit wider than shoulder width apart.  Your feet should be close to each other and your legs straight.  From here press yourself up to full extension.  (C)  Now, lower yourself as far in between the chairs as is possible getting a complete stretch in your pectorals.  Press yourself up to the starting position, pause for a contraction and repeat. 

For added intensity, place a weight on your back
