Stiff Legged Deadlifts With Cable

Stiff legged deads are a proven hamstring builder, perhaps the best.  Cable deads, provide constant tension, which means that momentum will not take away from the hamstrings being worked.

Implementation: (A) Grasp a bar thatís attached to a low cable pulley in front of you as you would for normal Dead lifts and come up to a standing position. (B) Now have your legs close to being locked and bend forward from the waist, with your back straight, until your upper body is parallel with the ground, the bar hanging at arm's length below you. From here lift your torso back up again, pull your shoulders.  If you cant get enough of a stretch use a block or stand on a bench while doing this exercise.
