Static contraction hammer curls

Static hammers stress the most impressive muscle in the forearm complex, the brachio-radialis.  They also stress the biceps and bracialis, which give your arms a 3d look!

Implementation:  (A)  Begin by taking a seat on the edge of a bench with a dumbbell in each hand.  (B)  You should have a neutral or hammer grip.  Now curl the weight up so that your form a 90 degree angle with the floor.  (C) Once your reach this state of peak contraction, stay there until you have reached failure or a specified time.   ( See 60 seconds and grow man grow article for info on time to perform exercise)
