Static Gripping

This exercise will not only improve your grip, it will add mass to your entire forearm!  Remember, there are two ways to develop huge forearms, reps so brutal you will want to gnaw your forearms off at the elbows to stop the pain, and
a vice like grip!

Implementation:  (A)  Grab a pair of heavy dumbbells.  (B) Hold them till near failure and then rack them.  Try doing strips on this one!  I also prefer super setting being the back wrist curls with static gripping!
