Standing Overhead Towel / Rope Triceps Cable Extensions

Here we work the triceps through constant tension

Implementation:  Place a towel or attach a rope around the lower pulley cable. Grasp the ends of the towel with both hands and turn facing away from the machine.  Raise the weight to full extension above your head, with your elbows locked.  Inhale and lower your hands behind your head, keeping your upper arms close to your head, until your biceps and forearms touch. Return to starting position overhead and squeeze your triceps with all of your might!
