Standing Forehead Curl

Itís important to understand that your ancillary muscles adapt to exercises rapidly, taking away from the biceps in a major way.  Ancillary muscles are the supporting muscles that assist in a particular lift.  This movement will throw a wrench in your bodies ability to evenly spread the stress.  Which is why we change our routines.

Implementation:  (A)  Grasp a barbell with a palms up and shoulder width apart grip.  (B)  As you curl, allow the elbows to drift forward and finish the curl with the bar on the forehead. As you reverse the action, allow the elbows to drift back to the side of the body.
