Standing Pullovers with Cable

Here we work the lats and rib cage.

Implementation:  (A)  Attach a medium bar to the lat pulldown machine.  Now with your back to it reach back and grasp it with an overhand grip.  Your arms should have a slight bend.  (B)  With your arms behind you and bent step forward until you feel a complete stretch in your lats and rib cage! This is the starting position (C)  From here, keeping your arms bent and in this same position throughout the movement pull the bar forward and down until it is even with your sternum, pause and then bring backward to the starting position.
