Standing Alternating Dumbbell Extensions

Here we work the triceps

Implementation: (A) Stand straight up. Hold a dumbbell in each hand over your head, straighten your arms, and have your palms face each other. (B) Keep your elbows still and lower the right dumbbell down on the right side of your head until your triceps get a complete stretch and the weight comes close to touching your right shoulder. Push the dumbbell back up through an arcing motion, and as you are doing this lower the other so that the two cross in the middle. Once the dumbbell is extended overhead, squeeze for a peak contraction and lower under control while simultaneously raising the other.
