Single leg Hack Squat

The Hack Squat works the outer sweep of the quadriceps, which make your waste and shoulders appear larger! 

Implementation:  (A)  Begin by positioning yourself in the hack squat machine with both legs.  Now bend one leg slightly so that only one leg is performing the exercise. (B) Slowly lower yourself a bit past parallel.  Pause, and then drive yourself back up squeezing your quads for a peak contraction.
