Single dumbbell Incline triceps extensions

This exercise allows you to work the triceps of each arm, independently of the other.  Its an excellent way to bring up a lagging arm. 

Implementation:  (A)  This is to be done on an incline bench.  With a dumbbell in one hand raise the arm upward. Your palm should face inward, so that if you were to raise two dumbbells upward, they would face eachother. You must keep the elbow as high and as far back as possible at all times (to maximize the stretch on the triceps).  In fact your elbow should be as close to the ear as possible. (B) With your arm fully extended upward, lower the weight backward until the triceps are fully stretched.  When you get a full stretch, keep your elbow still and raise the weight back up. I suggest beginning with your weaker arm first.
