Resistance This
is
one
of
the
best
exercises
for
working
the
side
neck
muscles. Implementation:
(A)
Place
your
left
hand
directly
onto
the
left
side
of
your
head.
Now
with
your
left
hand
on
your
head,
lean
your
head
to
your
right
side.
(B)
Press
your
neck
to
your
left
side
with
your
left
hand
resisting
you,
pause
and
then
lower
slowly
under
control
to
the
starting
position,
resisting
all
the
way
down
while
your
hands
continue
to
apply
pressure
the
whole
way.
note: since your pressing your neck to your left side, the resistance with your hands must be pressing against this in the opposite direction. Finish reps with left side and repeat with right.
