Side Deltoid Circles

Circles are an extremely unique method of blasting the front, outer deltoids, and trapezius into submission!

Implementation:  Sit at the end of a bench with your feet planted firmly on the floor or perform standing. With a dumbbell in each hand hanging at your sides with your arms straight and elbows locked out. Your palms should be facing each other.  (B)  Inhale and raise the dumbbells out to the sides and up in a semicircular motion until they come together at arm's length overhead. Lower the weights down in the same semicircular motion to starting posi-

tion and exhale. (Please note that the palms of your hands are facing in but as you near the top of the movement, the palms are rotated out so that both dumbbells touch at the top as they would on a shoulder press!
