Seated Overhead One Arm Cable Extensions

Here we work the triceps through constant tension

Implementation:  (A)  Attach a one handed handle to a lower cable pulley. Place a seat next to the cable so that your back is facing it.  Grasp the the handle with one hand and face away from the machine.  (B)  Raise the weight to full extension above your head, with your elbow locked.  Inhale and lower your hand behind your head, keeping your upper arms close to your head, until your biceps and forearms touch. Return to starting position overhead and squeeze your triceps with all of your might!
