Seated Head Harness High Pulley Neck Resistance

This exercise works the neck.

Implementation:  (A)  Position a bench long ways in front of a high pulley. Have the bench far enough away from the pulley to allow you to perform the exercise properly. Attach the end of the head harness to the upper cable.  Select the desired weight and then place the head harness on your head. Sit on the bench back to the pulley. (B)  With your back straight and your hands on your forehead to help secure the head strap, lower your head forward to the lowest possible position. Inhale and raise your head up and back in a semicircular motion as far back as you comfortably can. Continue going forward and backward until the prescribed number of repetitions are completed.
