The Overhead Press Shrug

Now here is something that you see rarely done in the gym!  Its an advanced exercise.  Its important to stress your traps from many angles to keep them growing constantly. 

Implementation:  (A)  Grasp a barbell and military press it over your head.  (B)  In this position, keeping your arms straight, shrug the weight up and down.  Feel a complete contraction at the top and a full stretch on the bottom of the movement!
