This exercise targets the outer quad sweep, which is responsible for making a bodybuilders waist look smaller and just plain looks freaky! I'll put it this way, if you plan on competing and ignore your outer sweep you are hurting yourself more than you can possibly imagine!
Implementation: These are performed like traditional leg presses except you place your feet closer than shoulder width apart and point your toes straight forward. The closer the more you will target the outer sweep. You also need to place your feet lower on the pad, again the closer to the bottom the better!
