One Legged Leg Extensions

This is a week point exercise.  It is meant to bring up a lagging quadriceps muscle to par with the other legs quad.  Because most tend to lean to one side while squatting, this can become a viable exercise and assure perfect symmetry. 

Implementation: This is performed exactly the same way as normal leg extensions, the difference is that you do the exercise, one leg at a time.
