One Arm Barbell Curls Curls!

Popularized by a Russian named Pavel  Tsatsouline.  They work the biceps in an extremely brutal fashion!  

Implementation:  Grasp a barbell with an underhand grip, and using one hand at the center of the barbell.  Center it in the middle of your body and place your opposite hand behind your back.  (B)  With your arm fully extended curl the bar up and down as you would a normal barbell curl.  The difference is that you will have to balance much more than you would have, had you done a normal barbell curl.
