Neutral Dumbbell Presses  

This exercise builds the entire shoulder complex!

Implementation:  (A)  Take a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height, elbows should be slightly in and your palms should be facing each other. (B) Press the weights straight up( you donít touch here, this exercise remains neutral), then lower them again to the starting position and feel a great stretch in your shoulders.   As a variation you may touch at the top.  You may perform seated or standing.
