Lying Floor Low Pulley Across Body Rear Deltoid Raise

Here we work the side deltoid, through isolation and constant tension.

(A)  Grasp the low pulley cable handle of a low pulley with your right hand and lie on your left side on the floor, side ways, in front of the pulley. Lie far enough away from the pulley to properly perform the exercise throughout a full range of motion.  (B)  With your right arm out in front of you and in line with your shoulders, inhale and raise your arm in an arching motion to a vertical position above your right shoulder. Be sure your right arm is held straight and kept in line with your shoulder. Pause for a peak contraction and then lower slowly under control.
