Lying Decline Old School Dumbbell Extensions

This is a variation of Adamís triceps extensions. 

Implementation:  (A)  To do this lay on a decline bench, holding a pair of dumbbells with your arms extended behind your head. The dumbbells should face each other.  The movement starts out in the same position as a two dumbbell pullover. (B)  Bend your elbows back until the dumbbells almost touch the floor, but keep you upper arms parallel to your head. Then simply extend the dumbbell until your arms are straight.
