Low Pulley One Arm Chest Lateral

Here we work each pec, independently from the other.  Because of the advantage of the cables constant tension, you can apply extra tension to the inner chest, carving it out if you will.

Implementation:  (A)  Lie supine on the floor with your body side ways to a low cable pulley. Grasp the handle of the low pulley with your hand and be far enough away from the machine so that your arm can be fully extended.  Keep your arm straight and palms up. Your arm should be in line with your.  (B)  From here raise the weight in a circular/flying motion up, over and across your chest until you cannot contract the pectoral muscle being worked any longer.  Pause for a count of 1-3 and then return, under control to the starting position.
