One Legged Legg Press Calf Raises

This isolates one calf at a time.  It mainly stresses the gastocnemius or the larger calf muscle.

Implementation:  This is performed in the exact manner as normal legg press machine calf raises except for the fact that you will only use one leg at a time. If one of your calves is lagging compared to the other, give it some extra sets to help achieve a balance.
