Leg Extension Machine Neck Resistance

This works the neck

Implementation:  (A)  Bend forward at the waist and bend your legs so you are able to place the back of your head against one of the pads on a leg extension machine that is used for leg extensions or leg curls. Place your hands on your upper thighs to help support your upper body.  Lower your head to the lowest possible comfortable position. Inhale and raise your head up and back in a semicircular motion as far as you comfortably can. Continue going forward and backward until the prescribed number of repetitions are completed.
