Jefferson Squats 

Jefferson Squats are a rare and perhaps unparalleled technique, used to build up the inner thighs.

Implementation:  (A)  Place a barbell on the floor. Straddle the bar so that you are standing in the middle of it length wise, bend down and grasp the front of the bar with your right hand, palms facing down. Grasp the rear of the bar with your left hand, palms facing down. Be sure your grip is even on the bar.  Now stand straight up with the weight.  Your feet should be shoulder width apart and your toes ever so slightly pointed out.  (B)  Squat down until your upper thighs are parallel with the floor. Keep your back nearly vertical with the floor and your head up. Now that your parallel, drive yourself back up to the starting position. Keep the bar hanging at arm's length and your elbows locked. Do the lifting with your thighs.
