Incline Face Away Low Pulley Extensions

Many, to be the king of triceps exercises, using a cable, have noted this! 

Implementation:  (A)  Attach a short bar to a low cable pulley.  Now place the foot of an incline bench right next to the pulley.  Grasp the low pulley and then turn so that you are facing away from it.  Now, lay down face foreword on the incline bench and extend the weight straight forward an up, so that it is in line with the angle of the incline bench.  You should be utilizing an overhand grip.
B)  From here lower the weight until your biceps make contact with your forearms.  From here extend back to the starting position, flex for a peak contraction and lower again.
