Incline bench overhead press downs

This exercise shocks your triceps twofold as compared to traditional press downs.  A.  The bench eliminates cheating and greater isolates your arms and B. You work them from a 45 degree angle, rather than straight up and down.

Implementation:  (A)  Place and Incline Bench so that its head is right under the triceps cable pressdown pulley.  Take a seat, reach back and grap the handle.
Bring it down so that your elbows are down and rubbing against your sides.  Your forearms should be bent so that they are touching your biceps.  This is the starting position.  (
B)  Keeping your elbows steady, press the cable down until you feel a peak contraction in your triceps.  Pause and lower until control, emphasizing the stretch of the exercise.
