Incline Bench One Arm Cable Wrist Curl

This works the forearm flexors.

Implementation:  (A)  Grasp a handle that is attached to a low pulley with your right hand and step to the rear of an incline bench. Place your entire arm on the incline pad, letting the handle rest on the pad with your arm straight out, using a palms up grip. (B) Curl your right hand upward as high as possible. Hold this position for a short period and return to starting position. Do the prescribed number of repetitions with your right hand and then change positions to your left hand, repeating the same number of repetitions.

 

Flexors:  In order to work this aspect of your forearms make certain that your palms are facing upwards.

Extensors:  In order to work this aspect of your forearms make certain that your palms are facing downwards.
