Pec Cross Over on High Pulley

I use this exercise to stimulate growth mainly in the inner pectorals.

(A)  Use a high and attach a one arm handle to it.  Stand so your side is facing the pulley.  Grasp the handle and step out away from the pulley so your arm is totally extended and there is tension on the cable.  (B)  Keeping your arm straight, pull it across your chest not letting the hand drop any lower than the height of your shoulder. The thumb of the hand should be facing up during the exercise. As you are pulling the cable across your chest, concentrate on the inner chest, trying to get it to do the majority of the work.  When you are completely across your chest, pause for a hard contraction and then bring the weight back, under control to the starting position.
