Dumbbell
Kickbacks
develop
the
triceps,
particularly
the
upper
area.
Also
this
position
almost
entirely
eliminates
cheating!
Implementation:
(A)
Place
your
feet
shoulder
width
apart,
and
place
your
forehead
on
a
comfortable
object
that
is
about
waist
high.
(B)
Take
a
dumbbell
in
each
hand,
bend
your
arms
and
raise
your
elbows
back
and
up
to
around
shoulder
height,
keeping
your
elbows
still
and
close
to
your
side
and
letting
the
dumbbells
hang,
press
the
dumbbells
so
they
are
parallel
to
the
floor.
Hold
here
for
an
extra
flex,
then
slowly
come
back
down.
