Hamstring Legg Presses

^ Where Feet Should Be On Pad ^

Here we emphasize hamstring development 

Implementation:  These are performed like traditional leg presses except you place your feet midway as high on the pad as you possibly can!  The higher the more you will target the hammys.  You should point your toes straight forward and spread your legs shoulder width apart.  Make sure that you push off of your heels and not your toes!
