Forward Free Hand Neck Resistance  

This is one of the best exercises for working the frontal neck muscles.

Implementation:  (A)  Place your hands directly onto your forehead.  Now with your anhds on your forehead lean your head all the way back.  (B)  Applying resistance with your hands bring your neck downward, pause and then lower slowly under control to the starting position, resisting all the way down while your hands continue to apply pressure the whole way. 

note:  since your pressing your neck forward, the resistance with your hands must be pressing backward in the opposite direction.
