Flexor less Incline dumbbell curls

Here our goal is to neutralize the forearm flexors and place an even greater load on the biceps region.

Implementation:  These are to be performed exactly in the same way as normal incline curls, except…when you curl the weights upward, bend your wrists backward as far as possible and keep them this way the entire movement!  This takes the forearm flexors out of the movement.  You will have to use less weight,  but your biceps will take the full load!
