Elbows Out Extensions

Elbow extensions blast the lower part of the triceps into incredible growth!  This is the aspect of the muscle that assists a lifter while benching most!  Not to mention it contributes greatly to sleeve popping guns!

Implementation: (A) To perform the movement, hold a dumbbell in each hand.  Now raise the dumbbells up so that they are just above your chest, with your elbows straight out and the edges of the dumbbells touching each other.  This is the starting position.  (B)  Keeping the edges together extend your arms all the way up above your head, squeeze for a peak contraction and lower in the same manner you raised the weight.  This movement can be performed lying down, straight up or on an incline.
