Decline Pushups

Decline Pushups place more stress on the upper pectorals.  Performed without these weight add specific conditioning to the entire pectoral region, because they are so high rep.  Working on specific conditioning can bust you out of a plateau faster than you realize!  In addition, if you place weight on your back they can also become a terrific mass builder! 

Implementation:  These are to be performed exactly the same way as normal pushups, except you should place your feet on a bench so that you are on a decline.
