Decline Hammer curl bar pullovers

Hammer Pullovers are an excellent way to finish off the lats!  They will never let you down when used as a finisher!

Implementation: (A) Start the exercise by laying back on a decline bench. Using a hammer curl bar (also called a triceps bar) allow your slightly bent arms to stretch backwards until you get a complete stretch in the lats.  (B)  In this position, pull the weight back upward in an arching motion.  Pause when the bar is directly over your pecs for a peak contraction.  (C)  Now slowly lower back to the starting position.
