Close Grip Decline Pushups

Close grip incline pushups work the mass of the triceps. From a decline angle they stress the area differently than flat pushups do, which lends to continuous growth. You can add weight by placing plates on your back or a backpack with weight in it on your back. 

Implementation:  These are to be performed exactly the same ways as normal close grip pushups, except you should place your feet on a bench so that you are on a decline.
