Beefcake Shrugs

This exercise is name after OhMightyBeefCake in our forums because he popularized them.  This works your middle and lower traps. 

Implementation: (A) Take hold of the two separate cable handles, place your feet firmly on the Block in front of you, let your arms extend all the way forward feeling a stretch In the back.  (B)  Keeping your arms perfectly still shrug directly backwards so that your shoulder blades contract inward.  Pause for a major peak contraction and return to a stretched position!
