muscles. Implementation:
(A)
Place
your
hands
directly
onto
the
back
of
your
head.
Now
with
your
hands
on
the
back
of
your
head,
lean
all
the
way
forward.
(B)
Applying
resistance
with
your
hands
bring
your
neck
backward,
pause
and
then
lower
slowly
under
control
to
the
starting
position,
resisting
all
the
way
down
while
your
hands
continue
to
apply
pressure
the
whole
way.
