Backward Free Hand Neck Resistance

This is one of the best exercises for working the rear neck muscles.

Implementation:  (A)  Place your hands directly onto the back of your head.  Now with your hands on the back of your head, lean all the way forward.  (B)  Applying resistance with your hands bring your neck backward, pause and then lower slowly under control to the starting position, resisting all the way down while your hands continue to apply pressure the whole way. 

note:  since your pressing your neck backward, the resistance with your hands must be pressing forwards in the opposite direction.
