Backward Elbows Curl

This angle works the entire biceps muscle.  You will be surprised at how effective these are at stimulating growth!

Implementation:  (A)  Grasp a barbell with a palms up and shoulder width apart grip.  (B)  As you curl the bar allow your elbows to drift backwards. This action will limit how high you can curl the bar. As you reverse the action, allow the elbows to drift back to the side of the body.  Your ancillary muscles will have a difficult time coping!
