Standing Cable Crossovers
These work wonders when it comes to developing the inside of the pectoral muscle. This exercise gives your chest a peaked full look.
Implementation (A) Standing grasp the handles of cables attached to Overhead pulleys, step forward a little bit ahead of the line directly Between the pulleys, and extend your arms almost straight out to either side. (B) Lean forward a little from your waist, now bring your hands around in an arcing motion as if you were giving someone a big hug, keep your elbow slightly bent, and contract your chest muscles completely. When I say completely, I mean not stopping when your hands touch in the middle of the Movement, keep going as far as you can. On each rep of this exercise, alternate which hand crosses over the other.
