Keeps constant tension on your triceps.

Implementation: (A) Hold a straight or E-Z curl bar utilizing an overhand grip, hands about 10 inches apart. Stand straight and hold the bar straight above your head. (B) Make sure your elbows stay still and near to your head, lower the barbell down behind your head as far as possible, then lift it back up to the starting position through an arcing motion.
