REVERSE CURLS MACHINE
Here we are developing the forearm extensors. Reverse curls work the forearm
muscles all the way to the elbow. In addition to flexing the wrist, you lift the
forearm. If you reverse your grip on a
Curl machine, you can perform very strict Reverse Curls.
implementation: (A) Take hold of the handle on a Curl
machine using an overhand grip. Place your elbows on the pad. (B) Beginning with
your arms at full extension, lift the handle toward your face as far as it will
go. Lower the weight resisting all the way down to full extension.
