Reverse Overhead Dumbbell Laterals 

An absolutely excellent exercise for the side delts!  It also works the traps.

Implementation: (A) Grasp a dumbbell in each hand, then extend your arms straight out to either side, with your palms facing upward. (B) Under control raise your arms up and bring them together over your Head.  Have your arms close to being locked, but not quite.  Keep your body still during the entire exercise.   At the top, lower the dumbbells slowly resisting the weight all the way down to the starting point.  This closely resembles chest fly's except That these are done over your head.
