Lying Side Laterals

This does a fantastic job of bringing out both The rear and side delts.  It should be done only with a moderate weight and performed very strictly.

Implementation: (A)  Lay down on your side and raise your head,  Grasping a dumbbell in one hand, lower it almost to the floor. (B)  Now raise the weight up all the way above your head, with your arm kept straight.  Just as with other lateral exercises Twist your wrist slightly while lifting, as if you Were poring water from a picture so that you get a peak contraction.  Complete A set with one arm and then do the same to the other side.
