One arm cable pulls your serratus muscles.

(A) First kneel on the ground, then take hold with one of your arm using an underhand grip of a handle attached to a cable and overhead pulley. (B) Pulling with your back, bring your elbow down toward your knee. Now when you reach this position, crunch hard feeling your lats and serratus crunch. After crunching come back slowly to the starting position. You have to be very strict and under control in this exercise!  Do the movement methodically and under complete control. Really concentrating on your serratus through the whole movement.  When you are done with one arm,  repeat using the other arm.
