LEG EXTENSIONS
Implementation: (A) Take a seat on a leg extension machine and hook your legs underneath the lever mechanism. (B) Extend your legs out to the maximum, ( don't let yourself lift off and cheat up the weight). Extend your legs as much as you can until locked out to achieve a peak contraction of the quadriceps, then lower the weight slowly until your feet come to under your knees and the thighs are fully stretched out. Make sure you really focus on the top, getting a tremendous peak contraction. This exercise gets the most benefit when you really get a great crunch on the top.
