HEAVY SQUATS

Supremely, you should do Squats with your back as straight as possible. If your shorter you can do this easily with your rear end and bar in about the same line when coming down with the weight, instead of the way a taller person would do it, the bar way forward and rear end stuck out toward the back.  Heavy squats are done the same way normal squats are done but you have to pick A weight you can only do at most 2-6 reps with.  This adds thickness and density to your lower body.
